Before each dive at all levels, we’ll train you to postures, awareness on your body and your thoughts, and awareness on your breathing.
Breathing exercises, relaxation and mindfulness will help you not only to freedive but also to reduce your stress level in the daily life. Workshops and daily trainings are available with our qualified instructors.
